did not realize that mud flap breakage was everyone problem,so will expand on how i made mine. after looking at auto stores etc and finding that a pair cost upwards of $12.00 ( and most were still cheap plastic) i stopped at flying j truck stop and bought 1 large rubber flap for big trucks cost $14.00, was able to lay out 4 flaps on it and then just cut out.made brackets out of 1/4"X1" strap. used pop rivets to mount to bracket then mounted to stock holes.they bend any which way and do not brake now our trd is ready for off road (mud wise!) drive slow and enjoy "its the journey"

It looks like I'll be keeping mine Les. Just saw a new F250 that came back from saline. The lower quarters were down to the primer from the dirt and gravel on the road.

Those look great Les. I bought mine from a guy in OR to the tune of $100. You can bet I'll be heading for the truck stop when these wear out.
