I love solar cooking! I have a "Sun Oven" but it's not very portable in the Tacoma, so I did some research and found the "SunFlair." It's portable and easy to use! I've used it twice so far and have been very pleased! I am not connected with the company in any way but just wanted to pass along the info to other travelers who may want a good solar cooking option on the road!

My blog has an article….

It is only $33, but you will have to find cookware. It really helps to have a glass enclosure. That means carrying heavy and breakable glass. I really like the black, collapsible cookware included with the Sunflair kit. Thanks for the post. Always good to see what other people do. I liek the way the Copenhaggen folds into a very flat package easy to tuck into a corner.

Takeiteasy, glad you liked the post!

Bseek, thanks for the links to the Copenhagen Solar Oven, it looks really cool, and priced right!

Is the glass enclosure big enough to hold med sized pots?
