Very cool build on your shell. You are talented and I like the way you set it up. More ideas to ponder:)

Texan, At this stage I have two screws holding the face frame to the rear wall up by countertop level to keep it plumb. The top 1x2 framing at countertop level is just floating at this stage. The 1/2" plywood is screwed to the floor pack. If I take out the screws from the plywood and those two other screws, I can lift this section out as a unit. The vertical section of plywood is off the side wall by an 1/8".
Was this done so you can do some of the detailed work outside of the camper and attached the unit to the wall at a later date? Or did you leave 1/8'' room to account for flex?

Can you please give details on how you sealed the propane locker on the inside? I, too, would like interior access but I want it to be airtight. I'm just not sure of what I can use for a seal on the interior access door. Thanks.

Thanks for showing us the potential. It was great to see the whole thing completed. Very good progress.
Have you got a final dry weight? What was your final cost. You can describe it as percentage savings versus dollar amount. I know you put a lot of labor hours into it. You did a fantastic job!

More detail of dinette seat.
Naive question here, what are the handles under the dinette seating for?
