    Vinyl Wrap

I found a rocker panel wrap on clearance at Menards that I put on mine. It has held up 2 years so far.....I can't get it to load, but here you go. https://flic.kr/p/2kVdqNu [/url]PXL_20210423_195141062 by Cory Brown, on Flickr" />

    Camper to truck bed seal?

I think that will help for sure. I'm having a hard time visualizing where your infiltration is. If you are describing what I think you are, I don't know a way to truly seal that, nor would you really want/need to. Sealing the camper itself would be the best advise in my opinion.

    Camper to truck bed seal?

I'm guessing you are talking about the pass through doors. If so, I would look for the insulation that goes between a truck cap and the bed when you install it. Go around from the outside of the door with a sharpie to see where to place the insulation. Keep the insulation between the sharpie...

    1990 Jayco Sportster 7 Restore

It's a very simple design that is pretty genius. Just pulleys and wire to pull a spring into a shaft that lifts the roof. If it is at the lift, and you can get the top up, you can do what I did. Lift the top Support the top with 2x4 or such Detach the square tubing and remove the square...

Outfitter or Hallmark - help me decide!

Man....that gray is sexy, but 2 grand? You could get a custom vinyl wrap or 2 for that price if you "knew a guy". I wonder why the price is so much.

    1983 Jayco Sportster 7 rebuild

That looks SUPER COOL!!! Would they be willing to sell you an extra tent canvas? I'm wary about fold out tents and them being available in the future. I know of some that have had issues with the Kangaroo type campers and getting replacements. Of course, you're rather handy and would probably be...

    Rivet on Awning Hardware

That's super cool!!! I've gone back and forth on adding an awning to mine. 24#s seems pretty light for an awning. Any pics of them deployed? Pics of the gap once installed? Looking fantastic!

    1983 Jayco Sportster 7 rebuild

Looks awesome and happy to see it get some quality family time use. I'm still trying to work out a bunk bed set up. I've been thinking about utilizing the "disc-o-bed cot" system for my kids. My original design failed miserably. My kids are almost 9 and 15 though. Much larger than yours. My...

Looking for ideas on keeping the top up

Here's a great resource..... https://www.tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=50969 I do like the "EMT" systems though for their simplicity. If my roof was lighter I would look at replacing this that. Mine uses the "spring" system similar to a pop-up towable.

    Cranking TC650. HELP PLEASE

From what I understand, the gear/crank connection is sacrificial point in case of sticking..... unfortunately. I think you're looking at supporting the roof to release tension and drilling into the gear and inserting a screw to remove gear. All with a fair bit of penetrating fluid for good...

Northstar 600SS. Anyone with experience with this popup?

If you are handy, you could add a winch to anything with a cable system to lift the top. Manfred did an awesome job adding a 12v winch to his Jayco that I have been contemplating adding to my Jayco as well.....you can find it here...

    Vinyl wrap

I added a camo "stripe" around mine to give it some charm after rebuilding it. I used a truck rocker panel kit. If you are a do it yourself type person it is pretty easy..... Make sure it is warm outside. Flat surfaces are easiest. If you need to stretch the vinyl for contours, use a heat gun...

Mounting a Propane tank on rear ext. wall ?

The tongue is considered the frame. Also, mounted on the tongue they have to have cover from the elements officially, but we've all seen pop ups running around without that. I was looking last night to find it to quote specifically. I got it from my buddy who was a dealer tech and had the book...

Mounting a Propane tank on rear ext. wall ?

Not to spoil the fun....but....I was going to mount mine on the exterior when I did my rebuild and found out, at least here in the States, it is illegal. Must be mounted interior or to the frame.

    New to TC Pop-ups....questions

Great looking camper!! First, I have to say.....I want your truck. I keep looking for one here. As for 3 "basically" adults in the camper, it will be tight if only 1 person is sleeping up top. If you share space with one of the kids, it should be great. As for the price, I look at campers...
