In reviewing your post, I only saw reference to a "Clear CA title". What is the location of your van?

The porch and side awning lights provide enough illumination. When considering options, I decided against floods because many said they didn't use floods as expected and/or they were too bright for the neighbors.

My 2017 Tundra SR5 TRD 5.7L engine came with a 38 gallon tank. The larger tank was part of the SR5 upgrade package, while the TRD package included engine and tank skid plates. Perhaps Toyota will sell the tank and skid plates or there's an after market option.

I know several couples that migrated north to Oregon from the Bay Area and Sacramento as part of their retirement. They are quite pleased with the move.
