With a family of five why did you go with the hawk instead of the grandby? Would’ve thought the extra space would be needed when sleeping 5 inside.

The F250/350 6.2 gasser is a great platform and pretty reasonably priced. You can build up an XL base model with a few choice options and still have the vinyl seats and interior (easy to clean, great for adventure and outdoor activity) and be in the low 40s brand new.

We sold our hawk side dinette and bought a hawk shell specially for this purpose. we have the grandby size front dinette setup so comfortably seats four and sleeps 2. It’s a good setup for our family.
