///UPDATE///
This thing is still in progress. I just got back from deployment, and it's winter in Montana. No heat in the shop, so I'm trying to plan things out as much as possible.
REBUILDING THE ENTRANCE DOOR
Did a little work on the entrance door. The design is simple and very easy to repair, thanks once again to Tim Morrissey!https://youtu.be/o3bN0zMWH0MNOTE: In the video, his framing is much different than mine, but I'm not entirely certain my framing is OEM?
New inner (wood) frame is rebuilt (no pics yet). Awaiting door lock to arrive for final construction.
EXTRUDED ALUMINUM DOOR TRIM and DOOR CASING
My aluminum door edging and casing is not reusable. Many areas were badly damaged and the material around the door knob was cut out, apparently the previous owner's attempt to get back inside via a locked door. I've almost reached the end of my abilities to locate new door and casing extrusions.
LIFT PANELS
This guy made lift panels via aluminum road signs. (I would definitely spray paint (seal) the exposed aluminum). Check your local scrap yard, they get these signs all the time.
