2005 FWC Hawk – $10K
We believe we are the third owners. Updates completed to our knowledge: first owner in 2018 had FWC Woodland replace original fridge with new Isotherm 65L high efficiency compressor fridge and added AGM 79ah batteries. In 2021 2nd owner added Iota IQ4 smart-controller. Has an instant 110v electric water heater that was added by first owner as well. Other than that, pretty much typical Hawk with roll-over couch.
We purchased this Hawk in 2022 and drove out West, a 13K mile round trip through 20+ states from FL. While out west we had solar panels and new inverter installed by Zero Declination, Reno, NV. We added new foam in all mattresses. New no-see-um proof window covers ready to use. New Maxx Fan installed. New cassette toilet - never used. Added back-up camera. Yakima cross bars also available separately. (We carried canoes on our travels.) Everything works. Camper is stored inside garage on trailer. We resealed all screws on roof, and added reinforcement bars to factory roof rack. No rot or damage other than where prior owner rubbed off the veneer trying to determine if the panel had rot. (see last pic) Paneling and shelf appear to be solid.
We love the Hawk but lost the Tundra in Hurricane Helene; no damage to Hawk, but due to our commitments here in FL, we cannot use it and want someone else to have some fun! (Will not respond to ‘is it available questions. It will be noted here once sold.) This Hawk is also now listed on FB. Thanks for looking! (daviesgibbons@gmail.com)
