Comments on condition: Camper has only been used on extended 3-5 month trips in western NA and is otherwise kept in storage. No dents, dings or scratches on aluminum exterior and regularly washed and waxed. Tent sidewalls are in very good condition inside and out and have been regularly cleaned and treated with 303 Aerospace Protectant inside and out. Mosquito netting and screens are in excellent condition with no rips or runs. Interior walls, ceiling, cabinets, counters and table are in excellent condition with no scratches, dents, dings or stains. Upholstery is in excellent condition with no visible wear. Solar system was completely upgraded in 2020-21, with new battery cabling, breakers, switches, smart Victron MPPT solar controller and battery monitor, and new GoPower flexible panels wired in series (panels replaced under warranty May 2021). All components are in good working condition (solar, electrical, fridge, stove, faucet, water pump, exterior shower, furnace, water heater, fan, plumbing). Batteries have been rarely drained below 70% and never below 12.2V. Camper is plugged into shore power while in storage. Minimal modifications (except for removable storage box), so interior and exterior are virtually the same as delivered from the factory. The very handy exterior storage box is easily removable with just 3 bolts/nuts and is attached to a frame that is bolted to the camper using existing attachment points, except for lower bracket which is bolted through the floor with a large backer plate inside a cabinet.
