I am very surprised that this hasn't sold yet! So many cool ideas.

I'm not sure either, but right now I am living in it in my mom's garage (is that as bad as living in one's mom's basement?) in an otherwise completely empty house. So until it is sold, I have a place to sleep for the next few days.

It is tough to say the most scenic place I've stayed in the camper, but this is a shoo-in to win "least scenic".
