Heading up to Alaska in June in our FWC Flee/Tacoma via the Bellingham, WA to Homer ferry. Gonna wander around a few months then head back south via the Alaska Highway. Has anyone used the Milepost 2017 Guide and/or the Travelers Guide to Alaskan Camping by Mike and Terry Church? If I was gonna buy one, which one should I get? Thanks!

Bread we made that similar trip last Aug,see my blog.
Question about "going to Homer" Have you thought about leaving the ferry in Whitter?
That is what we did than drove to Homer.
PM me if you want any specifics.
We have made 5 trips to Alaska since 1990, last two 2011/2016 with the camper/ferry route.
We used the milepost an 09 version, but mostly same info. We found it was very helpful although
sometimes a bit confusing. The MP directions are written for only one direction,so to start from the other
direction you have to follow it backwards. It works just need to watch more carefully.
