Finally decided to order an ATC Ocelot - working on the build now. We are thinking of leaving the bottom of the cabinet open, so that we can access the whole area easier. Any thoughts from you ATC owners out there - photos of what type of sink/stove/fridge setup you all would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am not sure I understand. Do you mean everything below the counter top will be open? No doors, sliders, etc.? If so, how do you plan to keep stuff in place while you travel?

Use small diameter cable with small snap links to eye hooks. I have a pile of angle aluminum scavenged from projects to use as the frame. the L shape on the aluminum will be the edge along the bottom that keeps things from sliding off. Have used this arrangement in other setups with toppers and it worked well.
