ATC sighting in Roslyn, WA

I was in Roslyn, WA this past weekend having lunch when I spotted an ATC on a silver pickup parked on the road. Didn't see any markings. Was wondering if it belonged to anyone on the board. I was in a rush to get back to Seattle, so didn't leave a note.
