Atwood Plug & Lithium upgrade

It’s not a good idea to leave a wire with exposed conductor just free to move around and touch things. I assume that is the positive wire coming from the Atwood plug? If so, and if you don’t disconnect it somewhere between there and the camper battery, it will be a hot postive wire coming from the truck. It should be disconnected at the truck end because it is being replaced by the new heavy gage positive wire you are running for the dc to dc charger.

Yeah I wasn’t going to leave it exposed; was going to wire nut it. I see what you’re saying though. So I should disconnect the positive at the truck battery terminal. I can leave the ground connected to the truck battery though?
