Can't download pictures?

Every time I try to download a picture to this web site it tells me the file is to big? I guess I do not know what I am doing? Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong????

Here is one tool you can use to size your pictures.

I resize my photos down to 900 pixels on the largest side. That size works well for me.

I just used Microsoft Paint to resize. This is a test to see if it works.
