Cargo Carriers

I have been thinking of getting a hitch mounted cargo carrier preferably a swing away design. I like the enclosed container design for protection from the elements. I have a Silverado with a 2.5 inch factory hitch. I like the Thule model but it is only for 2.0 inch hitch. Any suggestions

You should be able to get a hitch adaptor for not too much money.
