Foxwing video link Wow, watching those videos really sold me on the idea. Pondering the price/value...a simple FIAMMA awning (traditional rv style) run about $700 so $550 on Amazon for what you get looks reasonable.

Post Script note... ,( Further digging into the FW design and i have the opinion it will not be the right _fit_ for our use in the unpredictable conditions in the PNW on the XPCamper ,(
Most days on our river adventures the wind will kick up to the mid 20s for a couple of hours, then die down by dinner time. Nice for pulling a few watts out of a wind generator but hell on a deployed awning! We usually retract ours before leaving camp.
