Countertop replacement experience

Wow, after getting the old countertops off, etc. a lot of things become apparent on why they did what they did and why they do and put things in certain places (on my Eagle at least).

For one, the 110v outlet near the sink. Because of the junction box, it won't fit anywhere else and the refrigerator takes up a lot of space in there. I wanted to put another outlet in but there's no room.

I was going to put in a hinged top over the refrig but because of the way the screws and lop of the camper is, the top wouldn't swing open any direction. It would have only been about 3-4" deep and it would have taken some fabrication.

All the wiring, water storage, etc. is exposed and it all makes sense now :).

I guess I'm just letting people know that even when we can't understand why something is located where it is, sometimes it's just because that's the only place it can go given the restrictions. On an Eagle, there are a lot of size restrictions too.
