Dometic service

It's always nice to get service you don't expect. I keep my Dometic 2-way vented when it's off. Had the truck out the other day and forget to close the door. As a result, the door swung open around a turn and one of the plastic drawers slide out and of course hit square on the corner of the ladder and cracked. It was still useable but the crack drove me crazy so I called Dometic to purchase a new one. Cost is $12 plus $15 shipping. Got an email from Dometic saying they were shipping me a new drawer free of charge. Always a nice surprise.
