What a great trip, and of course petroglyphs! Those Indians must have had a lot of time on their hands, I have a hard time imagining how long it took to create them.

A trip with the ski3pins often has quite a bit of unexpected adventure. I wonder if the cow was ever rescued?

Yes, what was Bessie's fate? Did Kevin follow through on his mission? Did the grazing permittee rescue Bessie? Could anyone here passing through Monitor Valley take a look? Maybe not, it might not be a pleasant sight.

We'll take the easy way out and dream that Bessie's fine, having love affairs with big bulls, and is busy making hamburgers and London broils.
