I'm looking for suggestions and advice on troubleshooting an new electrical issue in my 2013 Hawk. There appears to be a parasitic draw from one of the circuits on my battery (200Ah lithium) system whereby the battery goes dead overnight. All that is running overnight is the fridge.

Is it a “three way” fridge that runs on propane/120VAC/12VDC? Those fridges use a lot of current when run on 12VDC. Is this new behavior of a system that was previously running fine or did you recently make a change?

JonR is on the right track, I think. A 200AH battery going dead overnight? From a full charge? WOW. I believe the DC draw might be 10-20A on a propane fridge, so in theory, you could drain it in 10-20 hours.
