Fantastic Vent upgrade kit model 6600R

Just installed an upgrade kit (model 6600R) to one of my two Fantastic Fans. Easy to install, works great! (Fantasticer Fan?) But just an FYI. The remote control only worked when within about 2 feet of the fan. Called the folks at Fantastic Vent and she emailed me a procedure to increase the range. Now it works from anywhere in the camper. Just though you all might want to know.
