Final conclusion to my SuspensionLifts.com shock issue

This company is terrible. If you don't know the story, they sold me some Bilstein shocks that turnd out not to be for my truck. Those shocks failed and after 50+ emails, they won't cover them because they didn't fail (see picture). I contacted Bilstein and they said SuspensionLifts.com is not a Bilstein distributor. They also verified the shocks sold to me were not for my truck. SuspensionLifts.com website was had the shocks listed for my truck and they were for a lifted truck.

My suggestion is to stay away from this company but really it's about checking with the "home" company to see if they are a certified distributor of that companies
products.

I bought some bilstein 4600's from a different company as I needed to get some shocks that actually work/fit. I wanted the fox 2.5's but they are all out of stock right now so this will do for now.

I don't know what year you have but if you go to bilstein.com and plug your truck in it'll tell you if that shock is for your truck. On my 2022, 0" lift, it isn't supported. 1.5" lift is. Here's what was sold to me and the bilstein page:

True fit spec about the 5100's for my zero-lift Titan as well, so I went with the 4600's and they've been marvelous for several years now, mount 'em and forget 'em, ymmv.

Don't know about Ford's but if they work, that's great. When my 5100's were installed, I could push on the front bumper and I got 1/4" of compression (basically nothing).
