Ok, after > 100 emails back and forth with this company, they finally agreed to replace my 5100's with the correct shocks (4600's). Then they wanted me to pay shipping and I asked them why since the 5100's were a bit more expensive and since this was their fault, they should ship them free. They agreed.

The "funny" think is I suggested this resolution about 20 emails into the issue and they refused.

So, I now have some new 4600's for sale if anyone is interested as I had to buy replacement 4600's and take off the 5100's so I would have some suspension/compression. Much better.

Moral of the story? Don't give up if you are right. I posted negative comments in many places and eventually they must have received the message that I wasn't going to give up.
