Unfortunately I have been the recipient of "the one that fell through the cracks"
I can't seem to get Zac at service to call me back and confirm a planned date in May. I plan on traveling across the country to address all the issues I have in a few weeks.
A refresher:
Body panels damaged from the inside out. Cracked counter top. Laminate bubbles. Heater not working, trips readarc solenoid. Cross threaded plumbing fitting. Caused the camper to flood first time filling the camper. I fixed the plumbing issues.
If I can't get FWC on the phone it seems fruitless to travel from Maine to California. I don't think at any point I have been unreasonable. Though now after sending two emails and 3 phone calls, I can't believe I spent $60,000 on this!

I saw an add for a service writer recently. Wondering if there has been some turnover in the service department.

My post is not a reflection on Zac. Initially, in January, he was very apologetic and was grateful for my patience. He even send out a Redarc Tvms though it was not needed. I found him receptive and professional. I'm sure all the staff at Four wheel campers are doing the best they can.
As more issues have surfaced it's become a wee bit more difficult communicating. No emails have been answered! Leaving anymore than 3 voicemails makes me feel like a social pariah.
However, as May is just around the corner. I need to know how long the repairs may take. I have to arrange a hotel etc. I'll reach out again to FWC tomorrow. I appreciate the community's support, thank you!

Thanks Stan!

Obviously Zac's health is more important than anything material.
I did call and email 2 weeks ago which had added to my concern.
I will repair the crack in the counter top. Pop the bubbles in the cabinet laminate. I already fixed the plumbing. This leaves the siding repair and the Truma heater tripping the redarc isolator. Are there any photos available of the rear skeletal frame of the fleet flatbed model? This would certainly help me understand how the siding is damaged from inside out.
Thanks once again!

Thanks very much Stan. This clearly explains the rear damage to the siding.

Is it common for the aluminium frame to dent the rear siding upon installation?

Good news!

I spoke with Stan last night. He was incredibly patient as I rambled on about the issues and my concerns. I also spoke with Zac and have set an appointment for the May 12th. I did not want to leave this post unanswered. I will check in when I arrive at FWC in Woodland.
Cheers

Interesting. I've never seen the "side dimple" but my flatbed, along the back has some bends/dimples in it where the curve is too, but not as bad as yours.
