Craig333, did you tear out your turnbuckles? Otherwise, that's some heavy reinforcement!

Just one. I didn't want it to happen again. It was shortly after that that FWC came up with their own reinforcement. Also part of the reason I don't go with the stronger turnbuckles. I'd rather replace a turnbuckle than go through the repairs again.

Front lift panel ver 1.0 is done. Tbe bracket is rough and it needs to be trimmed down. It is attached with 1/4/ rivnuts or nutzerts, I love these things, this is my first experience.

Total panels height gives me a 6' 10" interior height.

Anybody who has made conduit lift panels, do c these lower brackets look sufficient? I've got 60# of solar, one fan, one vent amd a .040 roof.
