Grey water setup questions!

I'm glad to see no one just spills the water under their truck. But I know folks *do* that sometimes. If that's any of you, are you worried about critters and things become interested in the gray water residue right there, next to your camper? Just curious.
My buddy just runs his grey water hose under his truck and it drains on the ground, unless he’s on pavement. He says he rarely stays in the same site more than 1 night and they use biodegradable soap to wash dishes, so theoretically, no harm done (according to him). I just use a collapsible jug.

We are guilty of the gray water hose on the ground routine when BLM/NF camping. That said, our gray water from the sink is very minimal, think 1 litre a day, and from face/hand/floor washing with biodegradable soap. Our dishwashing gray water is also minimal and gets dispersed or dumped in an outhouse if one is available.
