Getting ready for a trip and thought I'd see why the batteries (2 : 100 amp battleborn in parallel) with a Victron 100/20 smart controller) hadn't charged over 70%. I checked all fuses and connections. Made sure I had selected LiFePo4 choice under battery in app. I decided to put put on my Battery Tender 4 amp trickle charger for 24 hours. Absolutely nothing. See screen shot of app below.... any ideas where to start? This screenshot was taken while rgwe charger was attached!

Update. Futzing around calked a victron dealer and hoping to hear back. I disconnected the controller and then after a wait plugged panels and battery wires back in. Controller app working fine showing charging from my 2 panels (200 and 100).
When i look at my shunt app. It shows no battery state if charge. But it shows following screen shot.

It looks like after disconnecting everything, it reset and started charging, right? However, the shunt does not KNOW your state of charge unless you synchronize. So wait until your battery trickle charger has finished the job and sync.

Another update on the differences between the Shunt and the controller. I was on a 9 day trip and found the shunt reading 13 V and the Controller reading 14.2V. I decided again to unplug wires to controller and wait a bit then rewire. Bingo all starts reading the the same again on each... charging again takes place for 3 days... then same again. Re-do the wire disconnect and all goes back to normal for 3 days. I am home now and sure enough back to the same problem ... shunt reading 75% battery and 13.1 V and the controller saying (not charging) and 14.2V. Perhaps my controller has gone bad?

No a direct wire controller to battery. Not sure why the controller is 'seeing' more voltage than is there in battery... I measure with a fluke and the shunt is reading correctly. When I unplug the controller (from both battery and panels) and wait 15 minutes ...when I plug in again it shows as the shunt. I wonder if the DC DC charger is somehow involved. It is wired right to battery.... so can't imagine it doing anything
PS Just sent in a Support ticket to Victron.... hoping for a reply

They said mail it in and pay for its return to be tested. I can now buy a new on for $85. .... I think that's easiest in the end.
