I’ve seen Yakima round bar to Thule component adapters, but don’t recall where.

Edit: I had a chat with the folks at rerack. There are Thule adapters to round bars for some components. For example the Hullivator comes with an under bar support clamp(https://cdn1.static-tgdp.com/ui/productimages/approved/std.lang.all/04/12/180412_sized_1400x930_rev_1.jpg?imagetype=exploded part ‘E’) It seems to be component specific.
