Here's another video clip of the Gazell JK, this one from their website's 'Exhibitions / Shows / News' section:

At 3:30 we see the faucet/shower wand and shortly thereafter the switch for it along the wall. It appears to be this one (or one very like it):

(We can also see a lot of these on Ebay with a search for '12v shower'.)

I imagine the sink drain is simply a hose run exiting under the Jeep.

Also- at 3:18 we see where the potty is stowed.

Also- Hmm- there are two different table arrangements. A pedestal at 3:06 and a swing-away at 3:46. I'd guess the pedestal one was the original and the swing-away the newer one.

I had the pleasure to see an Earthroamer XV-JP up close (next camp site from us) when my wife and i were camping ~an hour north of Portland Oregon. I'd followed the owner's posts over at Expedition Portal and enjoyed reading about his adventures. What a great rig.
