Lagun Table legs

Unfortunately my Lagun table leg is pinched and doesn’t go up and down very easily. Disappointing as it’s less than a year old and installed properly. Not sure how it pinched, thinking maybe my dog landing on it from the bed. Any recommendations on a replacement? I see a few different versions.

I haven’t but I’ll give that a shot before I buy a new leg.

What do you mean by pinched? Can you post a photo the issue?
