Battery box with panel switch,space for battery isolator,fuse for panel and charge circuit from truck,shunt for solar amp meter,solar panel controller and room for 2-6 volt AGM's.Also picture of the small cabinet w/Maple door,volt meter and amp meter for solar panels 2-75w on roof.The cabinet will also have my Kenwood TS-50 hf ham rig and a 600w inverter in it.Had curtain from the house that did'nt fit a window but fits the Grandby window just right.Looks real cool..

Got the counter top mica on with maple reveal.stove and sink cut in.Wife had to have a place for trash so made a little cut out that a plastic trash can will live in.Will make a Maple cutting board for the top.Front comes off next to cut openings for doors and drawers.while the front is off I will run propane copper lines and hook up furnace and stove and plumb sink also hook up everpur water filter that is mounted on back wall.

The meters are just some cheap ones from china I got on Ebay.Hope they last awhile i think they cost about 10 bucks for each all the way from china free shipping.

Finished the propane lines.Used the 3/8 flared T's to branch off to furnace and stove and frig like the factory does.In retrospect I think I should of put a brass manifold behind the propane box and run a separate line to each appliance. This would have saved a lot of connections inside the camper. Well its done and no leaks, the frig is running on propane now.

Question #1: Why didn't you use a solid surface countertop, e.g., LG?

Question #2: Why didn't you use corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST) for your LPG lines?

Mounted Everpur water filter on back wall under sink.I have used this brand of filter for years with good results takes the plastic taste right out from tank. Galley with all the openings in the front face. Now placing some of the drawers and doors in the front face openings.

Q #2 I don't think CSST is approved for RV use.I just used soft copper with flare fitting because its pretty much the standard in RV's.I used single flare but I think they are using double flares in new RV's now.

Well consider it a left-handed compliment when I opine that white mica has no place atop such sano cabinetry.

HOLY CRAP! You could be right; I can't find any reference to approval in RV's for CSST. (I still think it's a better mat'l, though.)

Got the frig top on. Maple trimmed white mica. I will make the top removeable so I can get to my frig fan from the top. Started to do some wiring,frig 12VDC and 110VAC done,furnace 12VDC wired running T-stat wires to the bed side passenger cabinet easy on in the morn from bed.110VAC to A/C done, aux outlet on passenger self done w/12VDC there too.Got the galley area dividers in .I am taking the counter top to within 1" of the front wall but not tying to it .Will start lower cabinet this week,waiting on IOTA distribution panel.



Which water container is this? It looks much smaller than the one that came with my Hawk (Im looking for smaller to add more room for kids crap).

If you're talking about the white box in the cabinet I had inquired what it was earlier: "the box is for power cord & hose,you are seeing it from the back."

A few pictures of my HF ham radio shack for fellow hamsters.Kenwood TS-50.SGC 230 autotuner in drivers side cabinet grounded to camper frame.Antenna 25ft. telescoping aluminum tubing.Seems to be getting out pretty well so far on 7.184 mhz RV net and 14.300..No radials just camper frame.

Well got all the doors on with pulls.I really think they look cool have a winch cable theme.Mounted the solid maple table.Put some white mica on the front of the frig.Not crazy about it but had it left over.I think it needs to be black or birch,something to do later.Still waiting on foot pump for the water system then I can finish the plumbing and screw down the countertop.I am starting to see an end in sight.

I have added a little more wood.I weighed the 5x5 sheets of my prefinished birch ply they were 42 lbs a piece.I have about 4 1/2 sheets in the job.The maple doors are 1 7/8" rails and stiles with 1/4" inserts don't think they weigh a whole lot more then the cutouts.The bottom line is I might be 200lbs over the factory build.The camper is going to live on a Chevy 3/4 ton Duramax so I am not to concerned about a few hundred pounds.What I am worried about is how much stuff the wife can put in the back seat of an extended cab after I TAKE THE SEAT OUT!!!

I had room to add a drawer in the aft cabinet.Also I had 2" of dead space under the frig so I put a door there and will make shelves in it for spices.
