Is my Overland Solar 100|15 Solar Controller shot?

Was just in the camper getting some stuff ready for a trip that we’re leaving for in a week and noticed my solar controller isn’t registering on my Victron app.

Opened the cabinet and none of the lights on the controller are on, but the red and blue lights on the Victron CE bluetooth dongle are flashing. Broke out the multimeter and measured 28v from the solar panel and 13.38V from the battery.

Solar panel and solar charge controller are both stock (160w overland solar panel and overland Solar 100|15 MPPT solar charge controller… which is just a rebranded Victron unit). I did install a a Victron BMV-712 smart shunt and monitor as well as a ve direct Bluetooth dongle plugged into the solar controller (courtesy of KP Pawley).

Battery is a newer 300Ah Lithium unit from Epoch.

What am I missing here?

You might need to do a hard reset of the solar controller. If you have not done that yet check out this video.

As I remember, you need to disconnect both the solar panel wire and the battery wire from the controller. Wait a few minutes then connect the battery wire to the controller and last the solar panel wire.

Good luck...

There should be an automotive style fuse on side of the module next to the terminals (top right corner based on your pictures). Start by checking if this is blown.
