Okay, I'll the paste the info from the other forum here.
I always take pictures I intend for posting at the lowest resolution my camera allows (.3 megapixels). This is a pretty reasonable size for uploading, don't want to make the people with dialup connections go crazy. Also, if you're running windows xp, you can right click the picture, you'll see an option "resize pictures" choose handheld pc and this gives you a size that even the most restrictive sights allow.
Save your photos with a descriptive name, if I'm doing a photo of a propane tank modification I'll name it something like "propmod.jpg" so I can find it easily. Make sure you save it a folder or location you can easily remember. I usually save to desktop and then move it another folder later.
Then after your text, scroll down under Additional Options, miscellaneous options, click on "manage attachments". The use the "browse button" to find the pic you saved. Click on "upload", wait a moment for it to upload, then close that window. Thats it. Now when you hit "submit reply" (like normal) your picture will post with your reply.
Ack, totally forgot the image resizer from microsoft is an add on. Part of the powertoys package. You can get part or all of powertoys here-
