Purchasing new Alaskan

I’m looking at a beautiful 2015 Alaskan. I was wondering if the fact that the camper has a rub mark on one side. Seems that the scratch/mark might point to an alignment problem. The scratch is only on one side. Any thoughts? Additionally the slide seals seem to have some age, as in semi stiff and brittle. Help is appreciated. Scratch pic included. TIA! In

The dried out Pirelli seal is to be expect, and is a normal preventative maintenance item, but the scratch makes me think a fastener is scraping as the top is raised/lowered.

Any sign of leakage inside? Particularly in front and back corners, and around windows, etc.?

I did not notice any leakage. Will go by and look some more. Searching the forum it seems replacing the Pirelli seal is not that hard. Any advice is appreciated.

One thing I forgot, some Alaskans spread slightly at the door. That may be a reason for the scratch.
