Question for Canadian FWC owners

Reviving this thread with a few questions:
Anyone imported a FWC recently? In the last year or so?

If I purchase a new FWC in the USA, it looks like the Transport Canada does not get involved because the FWC is not a vehicle? Transport Canada calls the FWC a "Slide in Camper"
Is that assumption correct?

I won't have any propane in this camper so no problems with that.

FWC are made in the USA, so NAFTA applies. So I only pay provincial sales tax and or GST or HST?

I recently brought an ATC into the country. I only had to pay GST at the border (AB, so no provincial sales tax). Process is easy, I had invoice to support value.

Thanks for your replies. This will be a lot easier than I thought. I will be joining the FWC owner's club very soon.

Did any of you get a NAFTA certificate to indicate that the FWC is built in the USA?
Not sure I got, would have to look at the paperwork again, but definitely didn't show it/wasn't asked for it.
