I brought the camper up to Marty and the crew recently and had a couple of changes to the inside made. I had them widen the top of the camper ledge on the passenger side so I would have a comfy place to sit and store gear when traveling. They also built me a little cubby with shelves near the door and that's where I store my blanket, sleeping bag and pillow, heavy coat, etc. They also built me a platform next to the door on the driver's side for my 12v cooler. In the process of trying to get the windows to stop leaking, I was recently coming down from the over cab bed area and stepped down onto a collapsible step. Unfortunately it collapsed while I was still on it and dumped me on my side, injuring my knee. I was sealing the stitching around the window with H-66 and may have inhaled too many fumes as the whole event is a bit fuzzy in my brain. To make the climbing down or up situation more stable I built a step and attached it to the side of the camper. So far I like the layout and amount of storage but the more I use it the more ideas I get for changes.

Team ATC is great!

Do I see two ECOFlow units in there? How are you charging them?
Yes, 2 Delta 2 Max units for a total of 3,800 watt hours of capacity. They charge with dual inputs so I have options. Normally I use the Ecoflow alternator charger along with a 200 watt portable solar panel. I can also use the 12v charger if there's not enough sun, or shore power if it's available. Failing all of that I carry a 2500 watt dual fuel generator that I run exclusively on propane. I have 180 watts of solar on the roof with a dcdc charger hooked up to dual 78ah AGM batteries that Marty installed. He's afraid of any kind of Lithium so that wasn't an option. When the AGMs give up I'll switch it over to Lifepo4, upgrade the Renology charger to Victron and probably switch out the roof mounted solar panel to something bigger. I just need to find someone in the Bay Area that knows solar wiring better than I do to give me a hand. The tech changes in capacity and price so fast. I run the Iceco 74L fridge, interior lights and a few 12v sockets off the AGMs and I heat the camper at night to 60 degrees with a 450 watt electric heater, utilizing the Delta 2 max batteries. Depending on outside temps I can heat at night for a few days without recharging the batteries but I prefer to keep them charged up daily. Utilizing the one is none theory I also have the Wave 3 propane heater in case the batteries are completely dead. I ordered the camper without a propane heater because I don't use it in really cold weather often. I run the propane hose out the turn buckle access door through a round piece of polyethylene foam cut to fit around the hose in the round hole, down to a 10lb propane tank that I leave outside. I've also learned to have a backup to my Camp chef 2 burner stove. I can store that inside my step since I used bed rail brackets to mount the step to the side of the camper wall for quick removal.
