Removing Canvas

How hard is to remove and then reattach the canvas of a pop-up truck camper?

I just purchased an older Shadow Chaser pop up. The canvas itself is in great shape but the window zippers don't have much life left in them. I can't quite figure out how you would replace the zippers with the canvas in place, so getting tempted to rip it off and put back on. Alternative would be maybe finding a creative way to sew on tabs and snaps to bypass the zippers.

Any insight would be awesome!

Looks similar to my sun lite. I believe they either have screws along the top that go right into roof or there is a rail system. The bottom is just screwed on with the metal trim. I have my roof off now and it was not hard just lots of screws on mine. I also had the bottom off to do some repairs and it also was not bad I just lined up all the holes and worked the canvas as I worked down the rail.
