side liner repair and cleaning

Have a 1996 4 wheel pop up camper and the vinyll(assume its vinyl and not poly) siding constantly gets stained black. This is from the aluminum top that rubs on the material when in transit. Any solution for this? The stain is practically permanent. Also, for siding repair of pinholes and seams, what's a good repair kit?
