2001 Grandby located in Jackson, WY:
- Always stored indoors in winter/90% of the time in summer
- No leaks/roof in good shape
- Recent rebuild of front wall to repair broken welds with bolted-in angle gussets/created double bulkhead with 2x10's
- Originally roll over couch (full original blue upholstered interior included)
- Converted to side dinette with Lagun table that converts into L-shaped bed
- Updated wiring with 30a breakers between batteries as well as batteries/coach
- Charging solenoid (prevents camper from draining truck battery)
- Original 3 way fridge still works/added 9v battery auto ignition to propane
- Cork tile floor
- Fantastic Fan
- Scissor stairs
- Corner jacks with MULE spacer plates in front to clear wider tires
- Large casters fit in jacks to roll camper out of truck/on smooth surfaces
- Furnace/water pump/lights/stove all work
- Canvas has some small tears - a patch kit is included/was with it when I bought it, but I never bothered to fix the tears.
- 2x Deep Cycle batteries dated 2017 - stored in climate controlled basement on tenders every winter/tenders in summer when not in use, and they are still working well.
- Comes with cover (used when stored outside for parts of the summer)
- Should be compatible with most modern truck bed width
I am the third owner and I've had it for about 12 years. It's been great for us, but my family has outgrown it. It definitely shows it's age, but it's sturdier with the double bulkhead and rebuilt front wall, and ready to go for the fraction of the price of a new one.
$8,500
