Camper has/had 2 flaws, #1 was fixed by factory (krinkled roof corner- I was in a big hurry!) Factory service team says it happens all the time, paid $175 and was fixed good as new. #2 is a dime size dimple caused by wrench while removing jacks- this is why I ourchased the quick disconnect brackets.
This unit was a show model, we purchased new in February 2025. We used it on one 1 week vacation and a handful of weekends. Still has new smell. We loved so many things about it but ultimately decided to get a bigger RV for extended stays
