Admittedly, I've been generally unhappy with the camper spice rack options I’ve found locally, on Amazon, as well as not really finding anything that “I just had to have” in the literal thousands of “10 best” YouTube videos, so I decided to look to other alternatives.
I went to Hobby Lobby this morning where I found small-ish containers that would easily work for spices. Cheep, air tight, sold in packs of 8. Back in the shop and a bit of limited design work later… I have a new hanging spice rack on the inside of one of the main ‘closet’ door. See pics below. The containers stick in very nice and tightly.
