Craig just made a great point about the liner care and I am surprised that we haven't posted this before. The liner on the camper is the one thing that does require some upkeep. If you do the following it will last for years. I have seen liners that are 15 years old that still look like new and I have seen them 5 years old and need to be replaced.
When you are storing the camper, pop it up at least once every 2 months and let it air out. Once every six months wash the outside with just soap and water and then treat it with 303 vinyl protectant. DO NOT USE AMOURAL PRODUCTS!!!
You only have to treat the outside of the liner also. The inside is fine as it is not exposed to the elements as the outside is.
The 303 product works fantastic over the years and will keep the liner looking and working like new.
If you forget and time gets away from, the build up of condensation in the liner when it is down will promote the growth of mold. If this does happen just simply use some lysol spray and clean it off. It takes the mold about a year before it will actually start to break down the liner material. If you catch it early enough it may stain the liner but will not cause any damage.
Here is a link to 303.

Hope this helps.
