This winter has been hard on the yearling whitetail deer. This one was hit by a pickup a few hundred yards down the lane. Sad, but it's a source of food for the predators and scavengers. The bald eagle appears to be a 4th year male, just coming into adulthood. Not great photos due to light conditions, but it is nice to document their presence.
