This is really screwy but....I just realized that the original sheet metal screws that held the small wall cabinet in my 2012 Hawk shell do not bite correctly when reinstalled !
I was putting the wall cabinet back up (removed by P.O.) and find that careful hand tightening just barely works without them stripping the hole.....as a stop gap I have bedded them in 4300 fast cure.
I am sure someone has figured this out...can you securely use the next size larger thread to hold cabinets and etc. to the aluminum studding ?
Glad to hear how others have secured cabinets etc especially for rough travel.
