hey there
do you know the year and model of the camper ?
(example: 1999 Hawk, 2001 Hawk, 2005 Hawk, etc.)
that would be a good start
does the camper have 4 corner jacks ?
with a little more info, we should be able to get you the right
eye bolt locations
if you are in a hurry to go get the camper and don't have time to get eye bolts in your truck bed (and the camper has the 4 corner camper jacks) I have seen many customers get a decent set of ratchet straps from the hardware store for around $ 20.00 and strap each jack to the truck. The 2 rear straps can go to the rear bumper, and the front 2 straps can go under the truck to the frame
let me know what you find out and we will try and help

I'm taking a little road trip to pick up a used Hawk model for my Dodge shortbed and I'd like to put in the eyebolts before I leave. It looks like the front ones go pretty close to the front corners but how about the rear ones? Is the location of the eyebolts really critical and/or should I wait until I see the rig to place them? Any info appreciated.
