Saw this flat bed pop up coming over Tioga Pass on my motorcycle ride. Pictures is a screen capture from my Gopro video, I was filming backwards at this time.

My best guess is a custom/homemade camper, as I do not recognize it. (And I have been scouring the web for the last 20 months for anything to do with campers.)
