When I finally got my Granby I took my first trip, fishing of course, I tried to put my rain gear in the closet, it would not fit. well what good is this thing. I was thinking about taking it out when I realized it might be useful. Holds more than I thought.

Dang it. Now I have to go back and revise my plans for that corner of the camper. Nice work.

Very Nice!

Hi Fisherman,

I was looking at the batteries and the controllers and was impressed, Then I saw the microwave….Yea!

Very cleaver how you used that space:thumb:.

My closet in the Ranger is not as big as yours. I took out the hanger rod the first day. I have leveled off the first ledge and added a shelf up about 2/3erds. I use mine for the little stuff.

Nice work fisherman, micro and sound system, I'd love to have that much space to play with, but there's no new truck or Grandby in our future so we'll be living with the Eagle for a long time.

Jay,

I hear ya, 85 of our favorite CD's on the ipod we got for Christmas and small travel speakers we were using with a portable CD player saves a lot of space. Sound is just good enough for the space trade off, if we want good music only the home audio system will do anyway. There are times I will come home from camping with a song or CD lingering in my head put it on the home system to really enjoy it.

DLN,

It beats the hell out of carrying all those CD's around and I can down load a movie or movies if I wish to. And theres the outside chance I can get email or Skype someone. I really never watch movies or try to go on line when I'm camping but at least I have the option. At some point I fear the entire world will be wired or at the very least the USA. Ah progress. But its nice to have dinner outside under the stars listening to Frank with my honey and a bottle of Napa's finest.
