Wind Screen material

I'd like to build a wind screen/awning off of the back of my Eagle, using 3/4" pipe and some sort of tarp or canvas. Anyone have any experience with this? Someone once sent me a picture of their windscreen, but I can't remember who it was and can't tell from the picture what type of materials they used.

Awning...

I used a heavy coated cordura nylon that you can buy from anyplace that sells outdoor type fabrics....you could use anything, like truck tarp material or something. I get my fabric from a place called "The Rain Shed" in Corvallis, OR. Another place is Seattle Fabrics. Just google them for a website.
