WTB: FWC Hawk project

As the title states I’m looking for an early 2000’s to early ‘90s FWC Hawk that is a fixer-upper. I’m located in Southern California and willing to travel for the right camper and price. Would prefer having the major appliances but also wouldn’t mind a shell clean slate start!

I have a 2003/4 Hawk that was on my 04 Tundra for 20 years. Damage to right rear jack mount and front of bed structure below front window. Otherwise in OK shape for a 20 year old camper. Pop top, vinyl section, windows and pop up hinge panels all good and still weather tight. I already put a new one on the Tundra and this one needs some love and a new home. It's in my driveway waiting for somebody who can handle the project. I'll go out and take some photos of the parts that need work.
